When you book a session, we’ll begin at a pace that feels respectful and grounded.

In our work together you can expect:

  • A calm, non-judgemental space

  • A trauma-informed approach grounded in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS)

  • Careful attention to safety and your nervous system

  • Therapy that honours all parts of you - even the ones that you struggle with

  • Session Length: 60 or 90 minutes depending on your preference

  • Format: Telehealth only

  • Availability: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday AWST, please press the button below for times.

  • Health Funds Offering Rebates: AHM, ARHG, Bupa, HCF and Medibank
